Since 1998, Lynch & Sons has
built in excess of eighty homes for low income families in Arkansas
utilizing the Federal Tax Credit Program . Lynch & Sons takes great
pride that this Federal Tax Credit Program with our direction changed the
lives of numerous families. Their dreams of new affordable housing
have now become a reality.
We built single-family homes on scattered sites with every
effort to remove and replace the existing eyesores of the communities with
new housing. The construction of these single-family homes promoted
stability and responsibility of citizenship within the community.
By supporting these projects there is a great opportunity
to unite the communities in encouraging continuing development. The

Below are two homes we built for a low
income project in Arkansas. Theses homes consisted of 3 bedrooms, 2
baths, brick and siding, central air and heat, carports and outside locked
storage.
